The best food ever! But don't worry, I don't eat it all the time!

The Animal Game

Acorn, October 8, 2009 at 1:26 PM

null

I loved this game when i was little. It's really easy: someone thinks of an animal and everyone else has to guess what the animal is by asking questions such as colour, habitat, number of legs, ect...

Whoever finally gets the right animal can choose the next one. By the way, it doesn't have to be a mammal, it can be any creature other than a human really!

Ok, i'm thinking of an animal...

I'll answer the questions in order and no they don't have to be yes/no answer questions:

    1) Yes it's wild

    2) No black hair

    3) It doesn't really have fur - more like a coat

    4) Yes it's a mammal

    5) Yes it has 4 legs

Well, my husband reckons it could be monkeys/apes - two legged and they do live on 4 out of 6 continents, so that would count as most? Kangaroos have two legs (sort of!) but we've just had them and they aren't on most continents. I am rambling away to myself here, aren't I! First sign of madness...

@pd - Not an anaconda, no...

It has 4 legs, is anywhere between 50 and 60 cm long, is a mammal, and it's illegal to keep it as a pet in a lot of places (if it was legal, it would certainly be cruel). Phew.

@Playful dolphins - oh sorry! I meant to check up on this post but i forgot! Ok um questions...

what colour is it? how many legs has it got? (if it has legs of course!)

Is anyone finding this post takes too long to load? Is that putting anyone off bothering? Because if you would prefer i can open up a new post under the name The Animal Game 2 and we can continue from where this post ends. That might make things a bit quicker. What do you guys think?

I don't think you'd want it as a pet, and it likes warm weather!

@pd - Ah i see. I know what you mean - this Easter has been very busy for me so far too! What about the colour and number of legs questions (6 posts above)?

As for making a new 'The Animal Game 2' post to speed things up, yes i think i will do that. Probably as soon as we've guessed this animal so we can start the post with the new animal.
