Welcome to the official fan site of the acclaimed television series, Heartland. Throughout the spring and summer of 2009, you can expect to see this social network grow and change as we launch cool features to celebrate the series. To help you find your way, we’ll be adding new walkthroughs that explain how to get the most out of what the I Love Heartland site can offer.
Ok, understatement of the day: there are a lot of websites out there. And each one has its own particular ways of interacting with people, displaying content, taking feedback, etc. Some do it well, some not so well, but all with their own unique style.
We want to make sure that your experience on the I Love Heartland site is amazing from the moment you decide to click “Join”. And we think one of the best ways to do that is by making the learning curve a gentle slope, not a cliff-face waiting to be driven into.
Some of the tools we’re creating are being specially crafted to the particular needs of the I Love Heartland members: you might find a few of the interactions a little surprising at first. This section contains a number of screencasts that explain how to use various features of the site.
As we roll out new features, we’ll add new walkthroughs. Feel free to check back here any time that you can’t quite remember how to do something or if there’s a new feature that you’d like to try. And feel free to leave any comments that might help us make this site even a little bit better.
