@ponygal wow that's a lot of bears to see in one trip!!
@KMA88 I've seen quite a few bears in my life, but they're becoming less common around where I live. My Dad took this pic on his Nikon D200 a couple years back, but I would think that this would have been taken from the car (you NEVER leave your car if there are bears, elk, mountain goats, and even deer, because they will charge you and many, many tourists have been killed that way). The railroad tracks can be fairly close to the highway sometimes, but I can't remember where this was....
@3blindmice Haha! Well, I think the most wild animal that I have seen in England is probably a pheasant ;P I think, though, that bears did used to roam a lot of Europe...
@Free Spirit Well he sorta has that look on his face! And saying the usual old "the grass is greener on the other side" just sounded to normal...sooo I came up with this!! Lol. -

lol I find that funny! The grass is greener on the underside, instead of the other side!

I would die if I came face to face with a bear. I stay out of their way. Cool pic though. How close were you? Wait, did you take it?

Cool!! I love bears. We went to Waterton for camp a few weeks ago and we saw a black bear with 2 cubs and 3 grizzlies.
